| Local produce right from our
agritourism to you |

During the summer, twice a week, we organize organic
dinners with local grown produce:
- Organic flour, used by Maura in
the most creative and varied ways
- Marcello's Salumi, the man of the
house who transforms pork meat into typical Casentinesi salumi
like finocchiona (fennel flavoured),
salciccia (sausages), sanbudello,
capaccia, prosciutto
(cured ham) and salame.
- Casentino pecorino and Raveggiolo cheeses
produced on the farm
- Organic Vegetable Produce from the
garden
Everything accompanied by Tuscan oils and
wines and a lot of conviviality. We all eat
together, often out in the open. The kids can cook themsleves a
sausage link or sanbudello.
Appetizers, starters, entrees, coffee, liguor: 18/20 Euro a person
10 Euro for children.
